With the new Karlsruhe-class CLs becoming available starting in late 1939, Germany is offering the Emden-class CLs for sale. Please contact the German Naval Attache' stationed in your capital to place any bids.

[Note: sale not guaranteed, if Germany doesn't get a good enough offer, they'll continue in service.]

Bulgaria's been expressing interest, no price has been agreed on.

I figured I'd put them up for bid, since other players have complained at times that they never got a chance at some possible purchases.

I never made an offer because you kept saying "Later, later." So I spent the money. A battleship in the hand is worth two cruisers in a bush. Might make an offer in 1941, but not now.

When the time comes and the Emden-Class will be available, China will present an offer ;)

I did say 1939 or 1940 for the transfer to take place, once the new cruisers became available. But, c'est la guerre.

Not my type....pass

Parador, nobody is making bids on the Chinese ships because they aren't that good, and are very old. I fell into that trap when I first got here, although, to be fair, Shin did sell it to me under scrapping price.

Montenegro Armed Sea Force Disposals

The current bidding period for the two vessels formerly operated by the Montenegro Armed Sea Force has ended.

Due to external factors, the only acceptable bid has been received from the Government of Hedjaz, who will purchase the larger of the two vessels in question, the Jagoda; the smaller vessel, the Costancia, remains unsold at this time and is still on offer pending other disposition.
