Tanthalas...

.....One option, slow down the developement of the drydock, and turn 1 of the IP to tonnage, and I'll send the 100 tons that you're still short.....

Next quarter it will be 4960 total payments. 3000 tons for the Villar and 1960 for three destroyers. You could reduce the quantity of payments for the Villar (you have till February 1939 to pay for it anyway. I did it like that when I was Peru because I wanted to pay fast to get funds for the Guise. ) Remember Bharat still will get their accorded fee from any money sent by Peru.

Usually what I do is hit the edit tag and simply copy what I've already posted, complete with the braketed B's and U's around the appropriate words, into wordpad. Then I modify the file in wordpad for the next quarter and resave under the appropriate label.

Just remember to hit the "back" key in your browser when you copy in the edit mode, just so you don't erase your completed report!

I considerd that also, what sucks is if I had the 1K tons from Bolivia still I would be fine. Howard had 2 countries and from what I can tell he was using creative bookkeaping to balance things out. Pure and simple no matter what I do im short due to not having the 1K tons from Bolivia, although being 100 tons short is proly better than being 1K tons short.

Hmm maybee its time for a Political revolution in Mexico =P
