Just a note or two on the OOB:

The German army has, as of 1937, not decided to give infantry divisions their own recon battalion, instead having chosen in 1936 to strengthen the corps-level recon battalion to a regiment-sized force. It's certainly possible that the 1938 infantry organization might add a recon force, but with the corps having a regiment it's unlikely the division would get a battalion as well, it would more likely be a company or so.

Also, the German army as of 1937 is adding only a company of anti-tank troops at division level. More wouldn't be a bad idea, but….. too early.

A follow-up on the Chinese 1936 tank division:

The division should not include antitank, support, and medical brigades, brigades are larger units than regiments and having units that large of those types in such a division makes no sense. Arguably, it's probably unnecessary in 1936 to have an antitank unit at division level at all in such a division, but certainly not a brigade.

China didn't copy the german army they will built there own version. That means, the german
advisers said only the approximate structure, the Chinese fixed the actual structure. Also, the
naming of the Chinese units is not always the "German model".

A chinese brigade is not as big as a german one.
..the same with all other units...

Keep patience !!! Wait till the whole structure is shown in the encyclopedia. Perhaps the one or the other note then belong to the past.
