I have one thought - though it's mostly personal preference. For a ship of this size and type, 150 tons of miscellaneous weight seems excessive, unless you're carrying a floatplane: I'd cut it down to 75 tons and try to raise the freeboard to improve sea-keeping capabilities. I'd also make those 105mm guns DP, if you have that technology.

Otherwise, looks decent....

I think that's the K4, a former Belgian sloop/gunboat named Van-something(Van Kinsbergen? Can't remember)

Could be too. I thought she´s a bit large and high for a M-class but her overall appearance and layout shows many similarities... Not sure how much that drawing was modified.

As far as I can see, only the guns were changed, but I could be wrong.
