Atlantis thanks both nations for granting Atlantean troops access through both Bulgaria and Romania.

We also graciously accept Bulgaria's offer to loan winter equipment. Should further reinforcements arrive such equipment will not be needed.

Troops and tanks are en route to Varna aboard civilian chartered ships where they will travel to Bucharest, Chernivtsi, L'viv and finally Brest (Belarus region) before traveling to staging grounds of General Orbay's choosing.

*Atlantean regular infantry will likely be most unhappy about fighting in cold conditions*

The Nordish 1st Armoured Division can start arriving in Lithuania in the port of Klaipda from the 18th of October, though full strength cannot be deployed until the 24th of October.

Nordish Bombers can fly in supplies to LoN forces, or can begin attacking Wilno forces at the LoN commanders wish.
The Baltic Fleet will provide escort to ships conveying supplies to the LoN forces.

Jyllands Posten, inside cover, column 1 story.....

KDM Loki is almost finished loading the 500 pre-fabricated buildings at Odense.

These buildings, originally earmarked as replacments for old barracks buildings around the various military bases of the Kingdom, are being despatched to Lithuania to help with the humanitarian crisis developing there as a result of the fighting. Each building is capable of housing 50 troops normally, so should hold about 40 to 60 refugees each.

A team of 100 volunteers from the Civil Defence's Engineering Corps will be traveling with the buildings to expedite construction.

ETA is 72 hours from time of departure, which should be later today

Germany supports the Bulgarian motion, and is willing to supply either additional troops or to provide the LoN forces with aerial support from East Prussia.

The US finds the actions of the Letowska forces (attacking a neutral field hospital???) detestable, and supports the call for his ouster. From it's distance, the sending of troops is impractical, but a donation for the displaced civilians is being proposed in Congress.

Siamese motion.

Siamese delegate consults with Denmark in a quiet whisper. There is heated discussion. The Danish delegate seems to disagree with what the Siamese delegate intends to do.

Siamese delegate speaks: "My government would like to add our condemnation to Marshal Lewtoska's actions and pledge a company of the ISP to serve under Danish command with the express purpose of finding and arresting the person of Marshal Lewtoska, so that he may be tried by the ICJ."

Dutch Staatssecretaris of Foreign Affairs, Frank Reuter :

Gentlemen,

it has been brought to my attention that there are several thousand Lithuanians that hold Dutch citizenship. These individuals are currently under the auspices of the Lithuanian Army, but happen to be on extended furlough from various branches of the Dutch military fields.

There has been a proposal, that these individuals could be recalled to Dutch service, activated as an ad hoc unit, and seconded to the League Command. This would grant the League several thousand trained and equipped soldiers exactly where they are needed.

The question is if this proposal is acceptable to this august assembly ?

Bulgaria approves of the Dutch proposal, but is still sending the infantry division as reinforcements...

Germany is ..... ambivalent on the proposal. While it DOES have the advantage of getting troops their quickly, there's some question of that force's neutrality.

Another idea that the Luftwaffe has forwarded to the Foreign Ministry: the Luftwaffe DOES have a Fallschirmjaeger Regiment that could be inserted anywhere a Ju-52 can land.....

Atlantis beleives that neutrality is a vertue that Mashal Letowska cares little about. The attack against the LON hospital at Vaske is proof of that. Therefore we believe that neutrality is of little worth and that stronger measures are needed.

Like Bulgaria, Atlantis will still be sending its forces to the region.

The proposal did not originate with my government, rather we were made aware of the option. Placing thousands of combat ready troops, already in theater and in supply, under the authority of the LON within a matter of an hour or so. Paperwork you know.

OOC : Bah, copycat. I already offered to air transport a regiment. Ok, of Marines. Hmmm, I guess I have a reason for paramarines, and maybe parachute versions of normal troops, I can call them Paranormals- deploy in Teams, like X team, ....
