Last plane is a heavy fighter as CAC tries to get back into the fighter business after losing the fighter contract to Australian Aviation. CAC teamed up with Heinkel (secretly) to design this new plane. The wing is very similar to that of the He-112.

Now for Australian Aviation:

First up is the racing plane seen elsewhere. Designed to compete at the Schneider races the plane has been developed as a seaborne long range heavy fighter.

AA-5 Kelpie (sounds better than Hippocamp) aka Lake Eyre Monster.

Floatplane version (non-RG)

Power: 2x Rolls Royce Merlins 1100hp

Length: 35 ft
Wingspan: 40 ft
Height: 13 ft
Wing area: 280 ft²

Empty, 8700 lb
Max Take Off, 15700 lb

Max Speed, 380mph
Range, 1,100miles

Armament: Four 7.62/0.3in machine guns, two 20mm cannons, 1,500lbs of bombs & rockets, or oone torpedo.

Landbased version (RG)

Power: 2x Rolls Royce Merlins 1100hp

Length: 35 ft
Wingspan: 40 ft
Height: 13 ft
Wing area: 280 ft²

Empty, 8500 lb
Max Take Off, 15000 lb

Max Speed, 415mph
Range, 770miles

Armament: Four 7.62/0.3in machine guns, two 20mm cannons, 1,500lbs of bombs & rockets (no torpedoes).

I did some changes to make the plane more realistic. But it should still be fast, even with floats. After all it was originally designed as a race plane.

The next plane is a 3/4 scale experimental plane. The final product is to be a strike aircraft mounting a 40mm cannon.

AA-6 Dragonfly (OTL Miles M.39 Libellula)

Australian Aviation is also working on an advanced trainer and has been seen talking to Fokker representatives...

I thought about using the Miles Monitor too but it´s a 1944er design and hence too early to use her.

Or was it your intention to say the pic is from the Monitor while your plane has reduced stats? O.o

Yeah, I'm just using the pic for now. Except for the Libellula, all the specs are modified one way or another. Those for the Pelican only slightly, while those for the Wombat quite a bit. Only the size and weight of the Wombat are similar to the Monitor, the performance figures were reduced quite a bit to fit the time frame.
