It is our pleasure to announce that the future of Gothia Works AB have been settled. All Gothia Works assets both physical and intellectual will be acquired by a Sino-Japanese conglomerate from the Humbug family, even if most of the deal is secret it is clear that the company will be restructured and renamed. The new name of the company is Eastern Wind Industries but it is still unclear whether "Gothia Works" will be kept as a trade name. With most of its sales in Asia this is seen as a natural development and with access to the contacts and technology of the new owners it will be able to even better compete for market shares.
