I didn't think you had any all 4 capital ships in commission, both BC's were practically wrecked in March/April.

While not exactly enough to matter, where did those other 6t go? Could use them on the CL-15 Esgrimista or just stockpile them.

Double-think doesn't work in most situations, but especially not in something as complex as counter-espionage. It's far simpler (and not to mention easier, in Brazil's case) to sequester the scientists and other personnel with their materials some place where they won't be found and never mention them in any document that's not for the Empress' eyes only.
