What? Your not building the big aircraft carrying submarines? So now where do you expect Mexico to get them from? I need another option to blow up the Panama Canal!

What I meant was that one Marder does not cost 5000 tons of materials to build so it is not like I am wasting thousands of tons on them. Don't worry. I will be building the Sentoku. It would be a sin not to build that class.
... I also had this idea of a battlesub if Mexico is interested.

That depends, if you build say 400 three ton subs thats equal to one 1,200 ton destroyer, equiped with Radar, Sonar, depth charges and most likely the same type of torpedo. That one destroyer will likely have a more successfull career than those 400 micro subs.
