Ok I'll play that the resource sharing thingy is still on until further notice.

The idea was for Romania to get the shared resources in 1936 and Yugoslavia in 1937. I guess until Thanthalas return to that be the case. That's how Yugoslavia got the resources to purchase the coastal battleship from Nordmark.
