Siam Catch-up Reports

I worked these out longhand, from what Swampy had on his Q4/1934 budget. Since they are all a 'first-attempt' and thus probably not exactly right, I'll post them all together for ease of critique. Nothing fancy- I'm just finishing the Bangkok and building 12 of those torpedo boats that I designed. That will at least get the number of small craft I have somewhere close to enough that I can cover my coastline.
