Seems ok, is the transfer of 3000 tons a SATSUMA arangment or for ships on order from China?

Does it matter?

In terms of the turn output, not really, though usually it' noted what a payment like that is for.

This is more to see if i understood the principle, would Land and Air equipment purchases also be noted here?

They could be, though they're not usually (since they don't have to be paid for using factory output).

If you are transfering tonnage to another nation it is nice to know where its going. Given the size of the Persian report, a lttle more detail might spice it up.

Yes some more details would be nice. Of course it doesn't matter what the transfered tonnage is for, but it's an unwritten law to write it down ;)

New:
That's what i said ;). It's an unwritten law, to write in the report, what are the tonnage is for.

Well not really, I just think it adds a bit more info to an otherwise short report. That said the loooooong Atlantean reports have lots of useless info in them.
