He was but 9 new BB for ten old seems a poor exchange to me when the RN needs numbers to spread herself around the globe.

Fifteen is the new doctrine and those juicy R's face an uncertain future, either they will go to Commonwealth nations or I'll mothball them.

Might be time to dig out 'Operation Catherine' by W. Churchill...

The New Valiant shall be known as King George V. I couldn't find another V name that wasn't corny and I wanted a traditional battleship name so KGV has a V in it and fits the bill.

Slight problems... Volga is Russian, Vogel is German, Vallejo is Spanish, Valdemar is Swedish, and Martin Van Buren was the eight President of the United States...

It's not just a V name, but a proper one.
