Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
66,392 lbs / 30,115 Kg = 32.4 x 16.0 " / 406 mm shells or 8.6 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.06
Metacentric height 5.3 ft / 1.6 m
Roll period: 18.0 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 71 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.94
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.28

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has low forecastle, rise aft of midbreak, low quarterdeck ,
a normal bow and a cruiser stern
Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.584 / 0.592
Length to Beam Ratio: 8.57 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 29.14 kts

You might have a few problems with space because there are no superfiring turrets, though it should fit onto that hull.

I still have concerns over the electric propulsion.
