I rather like the gleam on the funnel caps. Sounds Polish(?) and the flag looks to be as well.

She looks excellent.

I'd probably go with a 3x3 arrangement instead. Marginally less firepower, but less weight from the turrets, and you can shorten the citadel as well because there are fewer turrets. This means either a smaller size or thicker armour.

Yes. She is a design from one of polish discussion board. Before the WW2 there were some voices that a heavy, circa 15000t cruiser should be built for Polish Navy. There were no Washington Treaty rules in Poland :]. We decided that Italy is a most probably to do it.

Btw. There is another, smaller cruiser. If you want I can put her here. It is a british style heavy cruiser, but only 6x203mm.

@RA 5 twins give a higher ROF though so the difference in firepower is probably not that marginal.
