TNCA has unveiled its latest product. The C-5 Aguila (OOC Name has been changed) is a monoplane development of the (P-23) Tecolote II being used by the FAM. The Aguila will be capable of 320 MPH, and will carry 4 machine guns. It is being touted as a cheaper alternative to other high performance aircraft like the I-100. Orders have already arrived from the FAM for 5 pre production aircraft. The Aguila will form the backbone of the FAM for years to come. An advanced model with retractable gear is rumored to be in development.

In other aviation news, FAM officers have been spotted in Germany at the Focke Wulf factory. However the FAM has denied all rumors that it might be interested in a Focke Wulf aircraft.

The FAM has also hinted at the possibility of a contest for a heavy mutli engined torpedo plane...

it might be time to pint out that Iberia has found oil in several of it's Caribbean colonies, hence it's early move to oil firing on warships. It is unlikely that Iberia has ever bought oil from Mexico.

The release of yet another new plane has started talks of the possibility of spliting up the company, as it is beleive to be growing to big for its own good. Plus competion could be a good thing.

In other related news, rumors that Argentinian FAA Officials have been sigthed around TNCA offices are as of today still unconfirmed. Meanwhile the AdM has announced that it is looking for multi engine torpedo planes.

The very last news for this year,

December 31st

News of monster Iberian battleships have caused consternation among the armed forces. The FAM has announced that it wil be buying German Focke Wulf FW-187 fighters. While the Armada has announced that it is currently talking with Atlantean, Indian, and German representatives about the possibiliy of acquiring a number of warships and airplanes. The cash strapped Army has had to do with buying obsolete FT-17 Tanks from Atlantis.

Meanwhile TNCA-Azcarte has announced its intentions to split into two seperate companies. This has been as a result of a large number of orders both foreign and local. Splitting the company will allow it to fullfil said orders more efficiently.
