Well armed, though the light AA battery's perhaps a bit too light. Is the ship designed to use the super-heavy 8" shells, or will it stay with the lightweight shells? Armor is solid. The ship looks a bit short, but that's probably the effect of the extra turret.

Excellent graphics as usual.
Overall a good design. The lack of light AA is probably realistic for the time.
I have never been a fan of the midships catapults. They seem to 'eat up' a lot of space that could better be used for AA & DP armament.
(Probably in war-time refits they will have to be deleted to increase the AA suite)

She's based on the CA-B design, trimmed down to fit the treaty and the era. She's got enough "wiggle room" to give her the standard 4x4 1.1" plus a dozen 0.5" with no other changes to the design.

So, any plans to use the historical super-heavy (335 pound) shells on these, or will those go onto future ships?

They can be carried with little modification as far as tonnage. It does push them dangerously close to breaching the "fudge factor".
