Note from the Nordmark Government to all non-belligerent states
This note is issued from the Nordmark Cabinet, and contains a resolution passed by R:l M:sty, pertaining to recent events. This resolution is telegraphed to the foreign ministries of all nations, at the same time as each Ambassador Plenipotentiary in Stockholm is present at the Royal Palace, hearing the resolution read loud by the Prime Minister in presence of the cabinet, the Lord Stallara, and the Prince Regent.

Royal Resolution June 29th of the one thousandth nine hundredth and twentyfirst year of our Lord
  • Whereas the government of the Republic of Argentina for more than four months has acted in hostile manner towards the government, and citizens, and businesses of the Kingdom of Nordmark; and
  • Whereas the government of the Republic of Argentina maliciously, with armed force, without attempt of peaceful resolution, without due declaration of a state of war, and with full disregard of international law, has seized possession of South Georgia on June 21st; and
  • Whereas the government of the Republic of Argentina maliciously and with ill will, without die declaration of war, and with full disregard for international law, has conducted the willfull assassination of the head of state of the Kingdom of Nordmark and his family and his staff and other persons in his service on June 21st; and
  • Whereas the government of the Rapublic of Argentina maliciously and with ill will, without due declaration of war, and with full disregard for international law, orchestrated an attack designed to kill the Heir Preumptive; and
  • Whereas the government of the Republic of Argentina, in clear violation and breach of every international law and every treaty, has taken captive the Ambassador Plenipotentiary to Villa Nueva and the diplomatic staff;


The government of the Kingdom of Nordmark concludes that a state of war has been in existance between the Kingdom of Nordmark and the Republic of Argentina since June 21st of the one thousandth nine hundredth and twenty first year of our Lord, and resolves to conduct this war to the fullest of capabilities of the Kingdom of Nordmark, against the Republic of Argentina and any such nation as shall attempt to hinder the Kingdom of Nordmark, and to stay at war until such time as the war is concluded with victory for the Kingdom of Nordmark, or with the cessation of existance of the Kingdom of Nordmark
