is it alright to post then? have all parties consented?

if it is, i'll take a look at the Chosen board and think about it all. i might post a design or two. i'm also gonna post a question in a different thread regarding design.

hopefully it'll smooth over problems that caused issues with navalism.

The Chosen navy is remarkably well equipped due to Japanese policies, and you have a large alliance in SATSUMA.

Never mind that both China and Japan have taken turns conquering Chosen, that would just be the Dutch stirring up trouble.
