Scrapping tonnage from 4x Z13 scrapped Q2.

CVx Hund refit includes new lift machinery, fire suppression equipment, flash doors, improved fueling stations, repainting of interior, new AA directors, and replacing AAG suite with current models.

4 ship differences in CL/DD(B) numbers compared to Q3 are due to the sale& conversion of 4 CLs, and the realization that there were still 4 active Z13 class (now scrapping)
