I was more referring to the quarterly reports- what's laid down and when, type of reconstruction, etc- those would seem to be 'public' information ? The CT disclosure would also be public.

The full Springsharp specs I presume to be confidential and only broad outlines known. I agree that the encyclopedia specs are OOC.

As for non-treaty members, I think the amount of secrecy depends on the nation you have.
