These last two reports just got churned out at 3 in the morning my time, so there may be errors.. but I think they're all right.

The Phiippines' first heavy cruiser to be laid down in Q1/33.

Yes. I think I'm going to try and fall asleep at a normal time.. much later today.

Really though, I get these flashes of interest and inspiration (and free time) very rarely, so I'm taking advantage! Finished up my naval OOB among other things for Navalism, as well.
