D. Transactions

Industrial support from Atlantis. 0.3 IP in Q4/1932 for factory construction.

Chile has purchased two D-22 submarines from Atlantis at 1,013 each (2,026 total)

Chile has purchased 12 subchasers and two destroyers from Atlantis to be coverted into subchaser tenders in the short term. (SC = 111 tons each for 1,332 tons total. Destroyers will be purchased after conversion and price have been worked out in 1933)

Chile has put forth interest in the purchase of the Nordmark Battlecruiser Folkunga Lion in 1933 for a cost of 4,000 tons of material. Purchase pending.

E. Other Notes

Laying down of "Light" Cruiser Antofagasta (CL-9)

Heavy Destroyer Almirante Zero (DD-19) construction continues.
(DD-20 and DD-21 are reserved for the Almirante Lynch and Almirante Condell as replacements for the current vessels with those names.)

Destroyer Capitan Thompson (DD-22) construction continues.

Destroyer Capitan Lira (DD-23) construction continues.

Destroyer Capitan Toro (DD-24) construction continues.

Heavy Armored Cruiser Capitan Oyama (AC-4) construction completed. Fitting out until January.

Dreadnought Almirante Cochrane's rebuild completed. On trials until May.

Work continues on the "15 inch/51 caliber" cannon project, which has expanded into the Oyama-Pacifica Ordinance Work factory.

Chile is on a full war footing in Q4/1932 as stated in Q1/1932 report.
