Paraguay News?
I am asking if anybody minds if I begin to post some Paraguayan news items each quarter. I am not asking to take over the country as a player but just to show any events from the other side (OOC of course).
First though we have to decide one important question. Who runs the government, a paranoid psyhco or a typical old school general?
I admit I have some nefarious plans in the region but without showing the Paraguyan view the storyline just won't work.

Yes. I wanted to say "typical old school general turned into a paranoid psyhco" but I guess your suggestion is probably better (in the sense that he has always been like that).
