Colombian Riohacha rebuilds

The Colombian Riohatcha class are quickly becoming obsolete and will eventually need to be replaced

Here are some possible rebuild options to allow them to retain some usefullness.

I'd go with the DDE version with the faster speed, still enough misc weight of a few mines if rails fitted and good AA defences. Minesweeping could be done by a smaller vessel. (Enter sales pitch for my new Guardia Class minesweeper/escort).

I'm thinking one of these ships will be converted to a minelayer, leaving the other 4 to form a DesDiv, similar to Atlantean practice. I wouldn't mind having a look at those Guardia Class minesweeper/escorts.
