the refits mentioned are just simple conversions of a non-military nature, which since I haven't had the ships simmed, I'm just going to assume they're taking about a month each, plus turnaround time, so two per dock, per quarter. From what I was told, they're small enough I could fit two at a time, to boot, but I figure 2 a quarter is good enough.
