hard to lose em eh rooijin?

I found that when I designed my fleets predicessors I found it hart breaking to lose so many awesome ships.....now we know how Britain felt after the washington treaty!

Yes

And when I look at them, I don't think they're too bad compared to the originals. I did improve them slightly if I had sufficient hull strength left (bit of extra speed or armor).
