Quick retconning

Quezon City - a major industrial center in the Philippines and where 4 of my factories are located - was named after the historical President Manuel Quezon, who was not actually elected until 1935. So it's a bit odd to have a city named after him.

The city will instead be named Rizal City, after José Rizal.

Well, you could instead move it to Guatamala and call it Quetzal City...
