Designing a submarine

I have there still another question for the simulation of submarines. Is there a special program, with which you the submerged depth compute or is the indicate value “free” invented.

I think also times that SS is not the best program, in order to simulate submarines. Or do I lie there wrongly?

Its probably not the best way

but its what we've got.

There's a spreadsheet submarine sim too I downloaded a bit ago, but haven't put any time into figuring out. Red Admiral posted the link, I think.
