That's, what i find for China.
The following changes simulate the activities of the Chinese government in the last decades. The industry was a little modernized as well as the ships from the past century against new buildings were changed.
I set 5 points for modernization of the infrastructure.
Minor Changes of the infrastructure:
One Typ1 Slip in Shanghai changed in Typ2
Two Typ0 Slip in Taku changed in Typ1
New Two Typ0 Slip build in Taku
