Argentina Infrastructure

Here I am seeking advice having read the infrastructure rules.
I assume this table is still correct?
Argentina - 7 factories
at Bahia Blanca:
1 Type 2 slip
2 Type 1 slips
4 Type 0 slips
1 Type 2 drydock
at Puerto Belgrano:
1 Type 2 slip
1 Type 1 slip
1 Type 1 drydock
1 Type 0 drydock
at Rio Santiago:
2 Type 0 slips
1 Type 1 drydock
2 Type 0 drydocks
Did Argenitna start or complete a Type 3 drydock for the Patagonia Class to fit into?
Do I get 30 points of infrastructure as in the rules (rule 1.2)?
Just some questions I have, any help will be helpful so I don't plan on wrong assumptions.

Is what Argentina has as of 1921 or so for a total of 18.5pts A quick comparison with Chile reveals that 25-31 or so they spent about 3pts on infrastructure. Assume there were some similar advances for Argentina, especially a Type 3 drydock. Which would cost 1.0pts to upgrade. For the other 2pts or so, I'd suggest another Type 2 or Type 1 drydock. Also, I can't actually find Rio Santiago anywhere. Maybe change this place to Comodoro Rividavia to give a southern base.

Spending 3-5 points on infrastructure like slips and docks over the 10 year period would be quite reasonable, so as RA says you could enlarge your Type 2 dock to a type 3 and build another Type 2, or a Type 3 slip, or 3 Type 1 slips, etc, etc.

You wouldn't get another 30 points of infrastructure, since that was for when the sim started. You have what's listed, plus some more as RA mentioned to catch up to modern times.

I've decided to spend five pints during the previous ten years to get the docks into shape. My infrastructure now looks like this. I've changed the third port to Comodoro Rividavia as I can find no Rio Santiago on the map.
