His Majesty's Governemnt has presented the draft of a new constitution to the Iberian Parliament which will effectively turn Iberia and her colonies into a federation, with all colonies having direct representation in the lower house (number of seats to be allocated by GDP), regional governments and an upper house that is made up by representatives of the regional governments. Iberia also invites all her former colonies to join this federation.
