As CG already said, not having a fixed pace does help these with the real life issues but as for the "are we ready yet" questions, I don't mind them at all. In fact I think its a good way to get things moving again by giving us a heads up or reminder that the next quarter is on the horizon.

That being said I'm still horribly behind in my news and IIRC Swampy plans on posting one more quarter for the Philippines. If we do decide to find another player we may have to delay the pace abit, after we post Q4.
