Construction continues on new "Heavy" Cruiser Volcan Osorno (1,339 tons delivered) 9,859 tons needed originally, will require 566 days total to complete (finishes during Q1/1931, started Q3/1929) - 2,720 tons needed to complete.

The only err was the days which was transposed with the destroyer that was under construction at the same time as this ship started. This was probably due to the text being so close together in the message window, but this err is being corrected now.
