Article 1.
All signatury nations will offer humanitarian help in event of any natural disaster including but not limited to flood famine earthquake dissese.To the signator that will reqests it.

Article 2.
All signatory nation will derasse its border taxes by 50% on high technology products,transport weacle.And abolish border taxes on live stock and agricultural goods and products.

Article 3.
If any signatory nation will find its self to be attact by a forein power other signators will offer all help short of a military action and will close all trade with the Agresor.

Article 4.
If any signatory nation will find it self in a diplomatic conflict with a forein power other signatory nation will porsue all diclomatick means to find a peacefull resolution to the isue

Article 5.
All signatorys nations etnick or religious grupe are to be in any way oprested either by the signatory goverment nor outside powers.

Article 6.
All signatiry nation will not allow any form of religous grupe to influence its politics no religious grupe will ever have any politic power in the signatory states.

Article 7.
Non signatorys power will ever dictate internal policics of the other.If any form of goverment change will accure in any of the signigs partys the others will treat the new goverment with respect if the new goverment will not act with disregard of this treaty.

The signings partys are reserving the right to ecpand or chenge the treaty with the consent of the other partys.
