Houkokusho Taisho 16 Nen 6 Getsu 30 Nichi

Hopefully no errors...
Slightly delayed due to a few things and then followed up with the discussiong regarding the Hull strength.
Since the HS rules have been changed, I changed the Waissu class back to the previous version of 7,500 tons. It is slightly modified (about 100 tons lighter) to fit the building program regarding available warship materials. Also, going from two ships to one would mean that a total of 3732 tons would go into one hull with only a maximum of 3000 per quarter allowed. Thus a total of 2928 tons (732 tons x 4 ships) were not used and thus stockpiled for Q2.

Japan’s Naval Developments – Q2/1929

A. Industrial Allocation

27/27 factories producing warship material = 27,000 t. 2,935 tons stockpiled materials available. Transferred materials from the Philippines: 1,924 t (from Q1). Total materials available: 31,859 t. 31,592 t are used, 267 t materials stockpiled.

0/27 factories are dedicated to producing infrastructure material, = 0x 0.1 = 0.0 points.
