You definitely don't want Coles/Ericsson turrets, those are for 19th century ironclads. Either mount and hoist or deck mounts would be appropriate, depending on whether you want the guns to have an integral ammo hoist or to get their ammo from deck lockers.

I'd expect a 109mm gun to be a quick-firing weapon, but I might be wrong. The ammunition load seems a bit low for me, given a rate of fire that's at least 10 rpm and quite possibly more than that.

Given the weather that the Nords have to deal with, is a 0.81 seaworthiness a good idea?

Go with geared drive instead of the direct drive, direct drive is for ships before the geared turbine was invented.

Cross-sectional strength is too low, has to be at least 0.50. You could probably get away with making the hull a bit shallower, then lengthen, broaden and fine it a bit.

Length to beam is now too high, can't exceed 12:1 and for rough sea boats might be better to be a bit lower than that (as HooMan will happily tell us).

Ditch the direct-drive, it would require separate turbines for different speeds instead of a transmission.

It´s getting longer and longer...

I think you really need more training with SpringSharp. Your ships still feature incredibly if not entirely unrealistic high l:b ratios (even though 11,7:1 is allowed by our Gentlemen´s Rules). However, you do not even get the benefits from your design practice.

To give you an example that you really don´t need such high l:b ratios I have added an example below: a category b destroyer design build for the RSAN. On a similar displacement this DD is far superior to your own design - and has a l:b ratio of less than 10:1.

Kymothoe , laid down 1927

Displacement:

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
553 lbs / 251 Kg = 13.9 x 4.3 " / 109 mm shells or 0.3 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.39
Metacentric height 1.8 ft / 0.6 m
Roll period: 10.9 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 52 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.26
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.05

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
and transom stern
Block coefficient: 0.400
Length to Beam Ratio: 10.00 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 21.64 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 68 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 10.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 20.00 ft / 6.10 m
- Forecastle (30 %): 18.00 ft / 5.49 m
- Mid (50 %): 18.00 ft / 5.49 m (13.00 ft / 3.96 m aft of break)
- Quarterdeck (15 %): 13.00 ft / 3.96 m
- Stern: 13.00 ft / 3.96 m
- Average freeboard: 15.74 ft / 4.80 m
Ship tends to be wet forward

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 177.7 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 105.3 %
Waterplane Area: 7,826 Square feet or 727 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 70 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 35 lbs/sq ft or 170 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.50
- Longitudinal: 2.26
- Overall: 0.58
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is adequate
