Maybe it might actually work, but somehow I think if he got that thing in the middle of an F4 or F5, they'll be finding pieces of torn and twisted metal for miles... Reminds me of the guy who tried to make a suit of bear-proof armor and tested it by having someone run into him with a truck and swing tree trunks at him. Good idea, on paper, but not that smart in reality.

Hmmm, I suppose this might be useful on the Freeways around San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and New York City. But still...it reminds me of something from the A-Team.
