The Manila Envelope - 21 June

And so our "fearless" leaders show exactly whose side they are on! Of course the Frogs say our cruiser was sunk by a magazine explosion! They may even be right - in which case it is surely sabotage! Yes! There are undoubtably French agents on our ships, who knows where or when the next will suffer a "magazine explosion"!

If theres one thing the French know how to do, its dealing with Greenpeace.

A more probable cause would be Philipinos hooked on cigarettes.

Remember the Mindoro!
It was a sigar that caused the demise of that ship. Surely they would have learned a lesson and created a separate area for smokers in the magazines of the warships.

Or tow one of the ship's boats behind them for use by smokers.

Knowing the Philippino's they likely just installed incredibly large exhaust fan's throughout the ship, giving their sailor's the "wind swept" hair-do's..
