Any details about Prometheus?

It's a purpose built repair ship based on the 1925 seaplane carrier. Greece is investing in a mobile base strategy recognising that none of her bases are secure and having first hand knowledge of operations in the Aegean in WW1. The tankers also have something a little special. As they are needed to shuttle fuel from base to base they are also being given the ability to transfer aircraft (fly off) to that base. This is the navy's answer to the army's request (not unreasonable) to use the new carrier as an aircraft ferry. Details to follow.

I like her. Not sure how her flying off platform fits into the CT (she might have to be rated as CV) but the SAE will not push this point as the origine of her design clearly indicates she´s not meant to be an operational carrier.

She's ugly, but legal. But still ugly.

And could be converted to a merchant carrier in a hurry if hostilities broke out!

Ugly, but I like the adaptability!!!!!
