PRS Bohol, revision

Originally to be a sister-ship to PRS Samal, the second Filipino battlecruiser has been slightly tweaked.

The draught is increased 0.5' (with a consequent reduction in freeboard). The increased displacement also reduces the speed by about .07 kts.

Range is increased by 1,350nm, deck armour has been increased by 20mm, and the 100mm guns have been replaced by the Japanese 75mm model. (This change, while it lowers the per-round throwweight, increases ROF and also allows Samal's single mounts to be replaced by twins). Also, the single 57mm guns in Samal are replaced by triple 25mm mounts in Bohol.
