Day twenty six of the trial of Christian Anders Zahle
The minister's council opened their defence with a request to have the charges against their client droped due to the lenght of time that passed between the issueing of the warrent for his arrest and his first appearence before a member of the judiciary. This request was denied as a result of the seriousness of the charges and the fact that less than one year had passed, the governing factor for consideration of such a request.
