4/11 factories produce 4000 t of warship materials, with a stockpile of 1,467 t for a total of 5,467 t. Of this, 3,635 t are used for construction programs. A stockpile of 2,146 t are carried over.

7/11 factories are committed to manufacturing naval infrastructure materials, producing 0.7 pts.

B. Infrastructure Development

Factory 12 receives 0.7 pts, for a total of 8.9 pts.
