Iberia ships and Infrastructure

Hi y'all

As you will have noticed I have begun to post Iberia's ships and infrastructure on the infrastructure board. There are some minor changes in the designs and numbers of cruisers have gone up slightly.

I have one problem: I just noticed a tremendous bug in Portugal's design (the thin armour deck) and would like to change that. anybody got a prob with that?
