Regarding wooden craft and wartime economy

Some time ago, while this sim was still on the Design-board for warships1.com, I made some proposals regarding (1) the treatment of small wooden vessels, and (2) how to treat putting the economy on war-footing. As it is, I thought I had saved this to my harddrive, but I was mistaken, and the thread these two proposals were on has longsince fallen off the design-board, and it was also never transplanted to the next board.

Does anyone else have these saved? I have on file a reconstruct I did from memory, but if some of you has the original, that would be great.
