Is this design meant to be a follow on design to the Miricle class? If so its a nice improvement. Its comparable to the French Algerie and Italian Bolzano (slightly superior armor wise).

Yes it is. I was looking foward to make a cruiser more acceptable to the end of the 20´s to add to my "personal fleet" and with a good fire power
