Notes
The twenty Project-14 "Khitriy" submarines (L-1 through L-20) are scrapped due to age, with the impending arrival of Project 86 "Kosatki" and Project 78 "Barrakuda" class submarines.

The four Varyag-class escort cruisers are retired and begin scrapping. Although these ships are relatively modern, their capability for additional electronics was limited, and the ships no longer fit the overall Russian Federation Navy's strategy.
