The proposed Model 900 has been conceived by the Philippine Aircraft Development Company as a rugged multi-engine utility aircraft for single-pilot operation, with seating for up to five passengers plus baggage, or the equivalent in freight. Design work began in the latter part of 1947, and the existence of the project was announced in August 1948, when construction of a prototype was authorized by the Ministry of Transport.

An interesting design. I'd probably prefer a conventional tractor propeller layout for a utility type just to make sure I'd avoid the possibility of engine cooling problems and FOD damage to the blades (kick-up from the main wheels might be a problem). Also that would free the trailing edge for some serious slotted or Fowler flaps. But as a suitably ambitious project for the Philippine's home industry it ticks all the boxes.
