Hopefully no errors...
Edit: Accidentally treated the Oshima as a newly laid down Ishinagenjo and entered that it still required 70800 tons while she actually only needs 57175 tons. Listed 485 tons being spent on each of the Argentine subs instead of 501. Forgot to update the scrapping material receive list.
