His Imperial Chinese Navy - Trainingfleet

The Trainingfleet includes all the warships of the chinese navy, which are used for training. The assigned ships are fully-equipped warships and are subordinated to the commanding officer of the East Fleet in the event of war.

Commander-in-Chief is Rear Admiral Yin Zhen. The HQ of the training fleet is Shanghai. Also all ships of the training fleet are stationed in Shanghai.
